Our full privacy policy is being finalised ahead of the photo tool's launch. In short: your photo is processed only to produce your passport or visa image, it is never shared with third parties, and it is deleted automatically — nothing is kept longer than needed to let you re-download your files.

The detailed policy, covering payments, the re-download window and data retention, will be published here before the tool goes live.
